These are real preserved Puffer Fish, Dried Puffer Blowfish with hangers measuring approximately 6 to 7 inches long.  These puffer fish are from the Tetraodontidae family and are called puffers,  balloonfish, blowfish, bubblefish, globefish and swellfish.  They have the ability to double their size by swallowing air or water and inflating their body. The photos are closeups to show detail, making the puffer fish appear larger than they actually are. You will receive the ones in the photos.
These Blowfish are not endangered or protected.
THEY HAVE BEEN COMPLETELY CURED AND THE ONLY THING FAKE IS THEIR "EYES". THERE IS A SEAM DOWN THE BACK WHERE THE MEAT WAS REMOVED - EACH ONE HAS A FISHING LINE ATTACHED TO THE PUFFER FISH SO IT CAN BE EASILY HUNG.
