    Description

    I am selling an antique billiard ball set with its original wooden box.  4 balls total.  Two balls are "ivory-colored" and the other two balls (red & purple) seem to be made of an early heavy man-made material (Bakelite?).  Also possibly made by Collender.   Condition issues - one of the ivory-colored balls has cracks on the top and bottom from age/humidity. The red ball also has hairline cracks on the surface. The other ivory-colored ball and the purple ball seem to be in good condition.  They all look like they were played with.  The lid to the box only sits on top, as the inner ridge has worn away - but otherwise intact, with great written information on the lid. Made by the Brunswick-Balke-Collender Company.
