    . I cannot find any other one quite like it. It has some wear but considering its age it is pretty good. The hood itself is a slip-on around 42mm but it has an adapter with threads that measure around 40mm. I think it is for the 50mm Canon rangefinder lenses, based on a little lens catalog from Canon.
