    Pair of 25c Autopost stamps, one each from Machines No. 82 and No. 83 at Martin Luther King Station in Washington, DC. Scott numbers CVP1 and CVP6.  These initial computer-vended postage or variable rate stamps were printed on the first day of use of the machines, August 23, 1989.
