Because of the high molecular weight, this hyaluronic acid powder makes hydrating and lightweight gels and can be used as replacement for natural gums (for example xanthan gum) or carbomer.
To make a 1% Hyaluronic acid serum simply add 1 gram of powder to 99 grams of water. Then add your preservative of choice (0.5% is enough) and mix until uniform. Need help with your formulation? Ask us.
