Vintage. Unable to confirm with primary sources but the brand is is pre-2000, and was represented as vintage by seller.

All "Susan" jackets feature the following:
a hand-painted gold mosaic motif on a black background on the collar, lapels, (and sleeves or cuffs where applicable). Not all sleeves are suitable for painting.
a separated, hand-stitched, gold lamé pyramid trimmed with red cord and joined with gold stainless steel and/or brass spacers. The upper pyramid is trimmed with multi-colored, hand-placed, Czech glass beads, and the lower has the hand printed Roman numeral 1776, i.e., MDCCLXXVI;
a red felt banner trimmed with gold cord and gold stainless steel and/or brass spacers and hand-printed "NOVUS ORDO SECLORUM" (New World Order)
Re images:
Glitter doesn't usually photograph particularly well, often looking like lint or splotches.
Green jackets sometimes appear to be brown or grey. Black jackets can look also look grey or blue.
Some jackets pick up lint from all the cutting and sewing in my little studio.
I sometimes change out the front button (and very rarely the sleeve buttons) after images are taken.

All embellishment - sewing, painting, and gluing - is done by hand, by me, and there will be imperfections. As with the original movie jacket, this piece of handmade, wearable art does not look "perfect". If you are looking for perfection in handmade, wearable art, please do not order from me. Study images carefully and write with questions before ordering.
This jacket was purchased at a consignment or a "second-hand" shop as either new or gently used and has no obvious defects unless noted. It was cleaned before artwork was added, and may have been cleaned a second time. It was created in a non-smoking studio, though there are cats and a very fluffy dog on-premises. This jacket is stored in a dry-cleaning bag and kept in a cedar closet awaiting purchase.
CARE INSTRUCTIONS: DRY CLEAN ONLY. DO NOT MACHINE WASH/DRY. Experts recommend embellished garments be professionally cleaned.
RETURN/REFUND POLICY FOR APPAREL - PLEASE READ CAREFULLY.
My goal is for each of my hand-painted/embellished garments to find a happy home, and I want my customers to be happy with their purchase.
But if it isn’t liked or doesn’t fit, you can return it for a refund. I will be happy to accept your return as long as you keep the following in mind:
The Art by Victoria Skye Care Instructions tag MUST not be removed.
Garments must not have been worn except to try on.
Garments must not have been altered in any way.
Contact me via within 7 DAYS OF receiving your order to initiate a refund (or by Dec 31 for purchases made in December) and return within 14 DAYS.
In short, if the garment is returned in a timely manner and in the same condition in which it was shipped, I will be happy to refund your money.
But unless I have made an error, you are responsible for return shipping costs. So please shop carefully, and convo me with any questions BEFORE you make a purchase.
If your garment should arrive with something wrong, contact me with photos to arrange return shipping.
