Outrageous OOAK Unisex Ethnic Handmade Crocheted Long Coat/Duster/Jacket

This is the most amazing coat that I purchased on another site (paid a pretty penny) and when it arrived it had a spot on the outside lapel like part that goes all way down. Stupid me tried to get out and the color bled (see nex to last pix). The seller offered a return but I had to pay the shipping and since it was from India it was outrageous. So what I did was turn the lapels under (currently they are pinned and not yet sewn, see last pix) which works fine but then made a tad snug for wearing over things! I had also thought about buying little crochets floral pieces and sewing down front or just replacing lapels but too much work for me and too much money to have my seamstress do. When listing noticed there is still a little bit of stain on bottom stripes (see bottom right of first pix) so you could just turn that up also if you wanted and lose 3" on hem or again replace or whatever. So too lazy to fix so decided to pass on to someone else to show off. It was handmade in India and still has the Al Miro tag (dry clean only, LOL, never saw this little tag). Obviously recently made from vintage materials. As you can see the top layer is all crochet (I think wool thread but not sure). Probably an old throw or decorative piece and it was cut to fit over old cotton lining. With the exception of the staining on those pieces, it is in good condition; noticed one of the floral pieces where the hole in middle is stitched closed (not sure why) but not all noticeable. The lining which is not seen when worn has some wear and a few stains. Very colorful, boho, hippie ethnic coat and you won't see another one like it.  I would definitely keep if slightly larger as I just like my clothes to be loose these days. Definitely fit many sizes and unisex.

Underarm to underarm 25.5 in back with each piece in front 9.5 (lost 3" with that lapel turned under)
Sleeves 23.5
Length  49.5 (3"shorter if turn bottom under).
