    Description

    American Bank Note Company (ABNC) private security printer Souvenir Card SO65, issued to mark the 200th Anniversary of the Inauguration of George Washington as President of the United States.
    The card features a reproduction of a note from the Bank of Pittsylvania, 1861.  A portrait of Washington appears in the center of the note.  A portrait of Chief Justice John Marshall and an engraving known as "The Reapers" also appear on the note.
    The card
    bears the stamp issued for the 200th Anniversary of the creation of the Executive Branch of Government, Scott 2414, cancelled with a special Masonic-themed pictorial postmark from
    New York City for the bicentennial of the inauguration itself.
